Common OEM / ODM Questions
Exact requirements depend on the product, fabric, construction, quantity, and customization. Share your brief for an answer based on the actual specifications.
What information should I prepare for an inquiry?
Share your name, company, business email, country or region, product category, product description, reference images or tech pack, materials, size range, estimated quantity, target price if available, timing, destination, labels, and packaging requirements.
Can you support both OEM and ODM projects?
Yes. We support OEM projects with established specifications and ODM projects that need development support from concept, materials, patterns, sizing, and samples through production coordination.
Can you help source fabrics and trims?
Yes. We can source woven, knit, stretch, and performance fabrics, together with zippers, buttons, elastic, lace, labels, hangtags, drawcords, and packaging. Include composition, weight, color, hand feel, performance, and target price requirements where possible.
How does sampling work?
Standard sampling is approximately 3–5 business days after specifications and materials are confirmed. Complex styles may require 5–7 business days, and revisions are normally assessed according to the requested changes.
What is your minimum order quantity?
General apparel starts from 300 pcs per style, activewear and athleisure start from 500 pcs per style, and the minimum is 150 pcs per colour. Final MOQ depends on fabric, construction, customization, and supplier minimums.
How is quality reviewed?
Quality expectations are defined through confirmed specifications and approvals. The workflow may include material inspection, pre-production approval, cutting inspection, in-line checks, measurement and workmanship review, finishing, final inspection, packing inspection, and pre-shipment confirmation. Buyer-defined AQL criteria and independent third-party inspection can be coordinated when agreed before production. Available supplier certificates, fabric test reports, recycled or organic material documentation, and additional third-party testing are reviewed against the confirmed project and approved supply chain; availability, cost, and lead time depend on the selected material source and requested standard. We only reference certification when it applies to the relevant facility, material, or order.
Do you offer private label clothing manufacturing?
Yes. Private-label support can include custom labels, care labels, hangtags, logo applications, trims, and packaging as part of an OEM or ODM project. Provide artwork, dimensions, materials, and packing instructions when available.
How long does development and production take?
Standard sampling is approximately 3–5 business days. Standard bulk production is approximately 30 days after sample approval and material confirmation; complex samples may require 5–7 business days, and complex styles or special processes may require up to 45 days for bulk production.
Where is your garment factory located?
Our garment factory and office are located in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.
What types of clothing do you manufacture?
We manufacture women’s and men’s apparel, including dresses, tops, blouses, bottoms, coordinated sets, outerwear, knitwear, activewear, and athleisure.
Can you develop a garment from a reference image or physical sample?
Yes. Development can begin from a tech pack, reference image, sketch, design brief, or physical sample. Final feasibility, materials, construction, and sampling requirements are reviewed for each style.
What payment terms and methods do you use?
International orders are normally paid by bank transfer (T/T). Payment terms are confirmed in the quotation and official pro forma invoice for each order. Bulk production begins after the agreed deposit is received, and the remaining balance is normally settled before shipment unless different terms are approved in writing. Please verify any requested change of beneficiary or bank details with us through an existing company contact before sending funds.
How are orders shipped?
Bulk orders can be prepared for sea or air shipment under the confirmed EXW, FCA, FOB, or other agreed trade terms. Buyers may nominate their own freight forwarder or ask us to coordinate shipment arrangements. Production lead time ends when the goods are shipment-ready; international transit time, customs clearance, duties, and destination charges are not included unless stated in the quotation.
