From Brief to Bulk Production
Clear checkpoints help protect fit, materials, workmanship, timing, and communication.

Brief
Share the product category, references or tech pack, size range, estimated quantity, target price if available, timing, and destination.

Develop
Review materials, trims, patterns, sizing, construction, decoration, labels, packaging, and workable solutions.

Sample
Develop and refine the sample for fit, measurements, construction, and workmanship. Standard sampling is approximately 3–5 business days.

Confirm
Finalize specifications, sample approval, colors, pricing, quantities, materials, testing, packaging, and the production plan.
05
Produce
Proceed with bulk production and the agreed quality workflow. Standard bulk production is approximately 30 days; complex projects may require up to 45 days.
06
Ship
Complete final and packing checks, then prepare shipment according to the agreed EXW, FCA, FOB, or other confirmed trade terms.

Bulk production begins only after product specifications, materials, samples, quantities, pricing, packaging, and commercial terms are confirmed. The timeline below shows typical planning windows from quotation to shipment-ready goods; final timing depends on product complexity, material availability, colour quantity, and sample approvals.
